This four bedroom villa on the island of Paros has breathtaking sea views, large terraces and is just a short drive to stunning local beaches.

The two-storey boutique villa combines luxury with authentic Greek touches and is the perfect haven to watch the spectacular sunset across Parikia bay.

Called Delium, it is in the picturesque area of Krios in Paros, one of the most beautiful islands in the Cyclades in the central Aegean Sea.

The villa is refurbished to a high standard with air-conditioning. It has 4 bedrooms, four ensuite bathrooms, two cloakrooms and is perfect for up to seven people. It has the added benefit of car parking.

There is also a fun playroom on the lower level with satellite TV and plenty of lounging space perfect for kids or adults in search of relaxation or a space to cool down.

The villa is boho chic in style and decorated with unique artefacts and furniture from the personal collection of the owner.

There is a spacious and airy open-plan living space. Here two long sofas are positioned in front of double balcony doors allowing guests to chill out or watch the wide-screen TV while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area. There is a small desk area for reading or writing and a banquet-style dining space for leisurely meals.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, including dishwasher and Espresso machine, as well as a central table perfect for snacking or preparing food. Outdoors there is a barbecue and large shaded dining area to shelter you from the northern winds known as the Meltemi. It is a delightful setting for dining with friends and family.

The infinity pool is surrounded by pebbled terraces and is fully equipped with comfortable sunbeds from where you can gaze across the bright blue waters of the bay.

The terraces and patio offers shade but also plenty of space for sitting and relaxing in the sun.

On the ground floor is one spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sea views.

On the lower level are two further bedrooms, one with another double bed and one with twin single beds. Both have ensuite bathrooms. There is another single bedroom on this level with ensuite bathroom, best suited to a maid or babysitter.

There is plenty of storage in all rooms and shared cloakrooms with WC on the ground level and lower level. The villa benefits from once-weekly cleaning and changing of linens and towels.


The Location: Krios is a lovely beach area situated 4kms away from the port of Parikia, the capital of Paros. It is a long sandy beach with crystalline waters that are surrounded by a bay and are well protected from summer winds. The access is easy by public transport or car and there is a large parking area next to the beach. The small town of Livadia is 1 km away.

The island of Paros is situated in the middle of the Cyclades island group, between the islands of Naxos and Antiparos. It is among the major islands of the Aegean Sea and is consistently among the top three Greek island destinations offering everything a traveller needs: sun and sea, beautiful beaches, leisure and summer sports, restaurants and traditional Greek tavernas, shops, cafes, markets and nightclubs.
Naoussa, the second largest village of Paros, is located in the northern part of the island and is a 20 minute drive away. Naoussa is also a small port and is considered one of the most beautiful villages of the Cyclades. This pretty village has all the traditional attributes of Greece: small white cubic houses, dazzling white churches, narrow streets adorned with bougainvillea and jasmine, and a lively cafe culture where you can eat fish or octopus drizzled with ouzo.
